This is a request for an 8 foot lot line waiver on the above referenced lot. Due to
- heavy snow conditions the survey markers were -slightly off which caused the trench

shall be either:

b. Covered, sealed, and heated to prevent freezing

To whom it may concern:
This is a request for a septic permit on the above referenced lot. A test hole was
excavated and found poorly graded gravels mixed with sands (GM/SM) for the
entire depth with no water during or after 3 days of monitoring. The existing 3
bedroom concrete tank and the 500 gallon steel tank will be decommissioned per the
MOA guidelines but the old seepage pit will be used for a secondary system. From
the MOA design file its difficult to determine where the seepage pit is located,
therefore it will be excavated to determine its exact location. Once the pit is located
the new trench might move slightly. A new 1250 gallon plastic tank and deep trench
has been designed for this new system, see the drawing. The lot slopes to the
southwest very gently at about 5 to 6 percent into a small bowl area. This new
system will not impact any of the surrounding neighbors due to the large lots size.
