Street Anchorage, Alaska 99501 Attn: Burce Erickson Dear Mr. Erickson: On October 4, 1982 we inspected the wells and sewer systems for lots 4C1 and 4C2, Block 1, Fischer Subdivision. Both houses share a common well which is located on lot 4C2. The well is located in a small box type enclosure, the location is shown on the attached drawing. The well is located over 100 feet from any sewer system. Results of a bacterological test of the water was provided to us by one of the owners. It was satisfactory. It, along with the well drilling log, is attached. The well is 305 feet deep. Both sewer systems were installed under Municipal supervision. There was no evidence of either system overflowing. I believe that if the requirement for 150 feet separation between class C well and the sewer system were waivered it would not create any health or environmental problems.
