Concerning Condition #2 on Short Plats Summary of Action Dated 2/28/2011
The two old storage structures localcd on Lot 1 Block 3, of Mile Hi Subdivision contain no inhabitant and
are used strictly for storage. My intent is to tear down both structures and restore this original jeep trail to
its prior use. It ma through both lois prior to the 1966 subdivision. I have no intention of using the storage
stmclures for habitation.
This survey was prepared for Kenneth and Frlederike Cook. and should only be
used for u single property action. Re-use of this drawing by the original client or
