The existing 17500g tank is collapsing and the pumper H-as been pulling rocks from the tank. It will be decommissioned per code. Currently the lot is developed. The proposed system will utilize a replacement 2000g septic tank that will be connected to the existing drain field. This lot and the lot to the east are served by a class 'C' well. The remaining surrounding lots are served by private wells. There are no wells within .~feet of thi~ system. The class 'C' well is over ~L50' from this system. Upgrade Tank Design. a. See Sheet 1of the design package. 2. Surface Water: There is no surface water within 100 feet of the pr-oposed septic tank.
