Subject: New Septic & Well Permit - Frizelle Lot 2
Thank you for providing additional groundwater monitoring information from
the platting file that we were unaware of. Subsequently, we have modified our
original design by utilizing the upper testhole #2 by Lars Spurkland, P.E.
The proposed system will serve the proposed 4-bedroom single-family residence.
We propose to install 3, pressurized shallow trenches. Based on MOA records,
groundwater was encountered in testhole #2 at 6.5' during seasonal high
groundwater monitoring. We have designed the proposed system to maintain a
4' separation from levels observed as noted in testhole #2.
The property and adjacent lots are served by private and public/community
water. There is no surface water within 100' of the proposed system and there are
no known curtain drains within 50'. We do not expect there to be any adverse
effect on adjacent lots by the development of this system. If you have any
