We are proposing to install a 1250 gallon septic tank and dual deep trench type drainfields. The proposed septic system is sized for a 4 bedroom house for possible future expansion. Attached are a site plan and a design drawing showing the proposed septic system. Two test holes were excavated on the property. The drainfields will be designed around the 30 foot radii of these test holes. Comments regarding the design are summarized as follows: 1. SOILS: See the attached logs which show the soil classifications, groundwater monitoring, m~d the percolation test results. 2. DRAINFIELD DESIGN: See attached design drawing for drainfield specifications. 3. SURFACE WATERS: There are no surface water concerns. 4. TOPOGRAPItY: As can be seen on the attached site plan, the topography below the drainfield is 20- 25% running northeast to southwest. In short, them are no slope concerns.
