The proposed septic system will consist of a 1500 gallon S.T.E.P. tank and a deep trench type drainfield. Four test holes were excavated on the property. The septic system will be designed around the 30 foot radius of test hole #4. Comments regarding the design are summarized as follows: 1. SOILS: See the attached log which shows the soil classifications, groundwater monitoring, and the percolation test results. 2. TRENCH DESIGN: a. Percolation Rate: <1 minutes/inch b.
