The existing tank is collapsing. It will be decommissioned per code. Currently the lot is developed. The proposed system will utilize a replacement 1250 septic tank that will be connected to the existing drain field. This lot is served by a private well located 90 feet from the existing tank. See WR86-093. The new tank will maintain this separation distance. The remaining surrounding wells are private. There are no wells within 100 feet of this system. 1. Upgrade Tank Design. a.
