4. From October 15 to April 15, a subsurface soil absorption system under construction during freezing weather must either:
A. Open and Close on the same day.
B. Covered, sealed, and heated to prevent freezing.

Subject: Upgrade Sewer Permit—NORTH WOODS BLOCK 3, LOT 22
The owner has requested we proceed forward to obtain a septic permit to
upgrade the septic system to serve the existing 3 -bedroom house.
The general slope of this lot is from east to west at a grade of approximately 5-
10% over the septic area. On May 13, 2016 a testhole was performed to
investigate soils and groundwater. The results of this test are attached for your
review. We propose to install two pressurized shallow trenches. Groundwater
was not encountered at excavation but was encountered at 10.3' during
monitoring.
The property and adjacent lots are served by public water. There is no surface
water within 100' of the proposed system and there are no known curtain drains
within 50'. We do not expect there to be any adverse effect on adjacent lots by the
