S 2256 Vacation, Eagle River Heights I'lortil (Chilkat Court). Public sewer and
water are available for extension into this subdivision. With the extension of
these utilities to serve all lots this subdivision meets with this Department's
approval.
B. The cases listed below meet with ti~is Department's recommendation after review of
the information supplied or that information which was available in our files:
18) S 2230 Resubdivision, Nurray Subdivision, Lot lA
Public sewer is available to this lot. The lot is served via a private well which
supplies adequate volumes of water.
19) S 2235 Tulin Jacobson Industrial Park

Public sewer is available to serve this subdivision. Public water is not available.
lots will have to be oeveloped via individual wells. Information from tMs area
indicates that timre is adequate water for t~ese purposes.
S 3239 Southpark Industrial Subdivision
Public sewer and water is not available. Utilities ~.~ill have to be provided when
the subdivision is further developed. At ~-his time, we have no particular requests
for utility extension into this area.
21) S 3253 Dowling Subdivision, Lots lO-A - lO-C

Public sewer and water is not available for extension to tilese three (3) lots.
The sewer line on the north side of ~owling Boulevard may not be extended into
this area due to it running at capacity at the present time. After discussion
with the engineer, we are in agreement that a note should be placed on the plat
limitin~ develop~ent on the southern two (2) lots until public sewer is available
to serve tl]ese lots. With this note placed on ti~e plat, the subdivision meets with
this ~epartment's approval.
S 3252 Urbanek & Kerkove Subdivision
Public water is available. Public sewer is not available. The lot size and soils
conditions are adequate to handle the existing level of development in this sub-
division until public sewer is available. At tile present time, this'subdivision
meets with this 5epartn~ent's approval.
S 3228 Delak's Addition, Lots 5A, 5B and 12A - 12C
Public se~.~er and uater is not available, Lots 12B and 12C do not meet the lot
size requirement normally required under our standards for developn;ent without
public se:..~er and water. However, this is tile deeded ownership of t,.vo separate
individuals on tills land and, at the present time, there are two (2) substantial
homes built on botl] lo~s. We feel at this ti~ ti~ere is ilo need to object to
this subdivision since it is only legalizing tile exac~ ownership of land in
area. Soils conditions in this area are adequate for on-~si~e se~'~age disi~osal. The
wells that ~ave been driile~ for ti~ese i~ouses, w~th discussion.~'~itil ti~e engineer, are
adequate to serv~ ti~e residences constructed on tile property.
