RE: SEPTIC TANK UPGRADE PERMIT
T12N R3W SEC 21 LOT 32C (11050 ELMORE ROAD, ANCHORAGE)
The owner who bought this property 5 years ago has requested that we obtain a septic
permit to upgrade the existing aged steel septic tank on the above referenced lot. We
propose to install a 1000-gallon HDPE tank per the attached design to serve the existing
3-bedroom residence.
The existing steel septic tank is approximately 80 to the well on the lot. The proposed
tank location is shown to maintain 100 to the existing well. The required 5 separation
to the field and crib will be verified at construction. The existing absorption fields (crib
and trench) are both sized for 3 bedrooms.
The lot and area are served by private wells. The design will not impact any of the
neighboring properties. Please contact us if you have any questions.
