We propose to install a 1000-gallon HDPE tank per the attached design to serve the existing 3-bedroom residence. The existing steel septic tank is approximately 80’ to the well on the lot. The proposed tank location is shown to maintain 100’ to the existing well. The required 5’ separation to the field and crib will be verified at construction. The existing absorption fields (crib and trench) are both sized for 3 bedrooms. The lot and area are served by private wells. The design will not impact any of the neighboring properties.
