We propose to install a 1000-gallon HDPE tank outside any deck supports to serve the existing 3-bedroom residence. The lot and area are served by private water. The proposed septic is for a three bedroom single family residence. Existing septic and residential wells service the lots to the west and south. A 100 right-of-way easement boarders the property to the north. The lot the east is owned by the developer and is under construction for a three bedroom single family house (septic system to be designed). None of the adjacent properties will be adversely affected by the proposed improvements on lot 7. Well: Lot 7 is proposed to be serviced by a Class C well to be drilled on lot 5. Design and application forms have been completed and submitted to the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation. The proposed well location will not have and adverse affect on adjacent properties. Septic System: As stated above, lots to the west and south have existing septic systems. The lot to the east is proposed to have a septic system for three bedrooms. The proposed septic for lot 7 is a wide trench, 100 feet long which sets about 35 of the south property line. There is adequate room for the proposed system and one replacement system. The proposed septic system doesn't impact the ability of adjacent lots to install or replace their septic system. Drainage: The subject lot has a gentle slope to the north (about 3%). There are no steep grades or ravines on the site. Surface drainage from the lot and from Eagle Rive Road is collected in the road side ditch along Eagle River Road. Areas disturbed by this improvements are to receive top soil and seeding.
