Verification that all affected homeowners have been notified that the proposed placement of the sewer l~ne infringes upon the protective radius of their well. The speclal manhole construction proposed for STA 12+53.54, and STA 15+29.39 are found to be satisfactory for this application, however, they must be tested for watertightness prior to operation.
