Various attempts were made along with a metal detector, existing swing tie measurements, etc.… to locate these pipes but to no avail. The owner said these pipes were at or below grade in the frozen soils. The existing 12-year-old steel septic tank will not require a MOA tank advisory, and it will be pumped this spring by June 1st at the latest once conditions improve. The existing MOA record documents has a sufficient as-built survey to issue the COSA, but a new one is planned for this spring when all the pipes can be located. We respectfully request the COSA to be issued & these items will be completed this spring of 2026 and subsequently submitted to MOA. Please contact us if you have any questions.
