Request you issue a permit to drill a well and install a septic system
to serve the proposed three bedroom cabin on the referenced property.
The referenced property is bordered by Chugiak State Park to the North
and to the East.
Two test holes were excavated and percolation tests performed. The
approximate location of the test holes are located on the attached site
plan. The monitoring tubes within the test holes have been checked and
found to be dry.
This property consists of a 45 acre tract and has enough area for a
future septic upgrade which can be seen on the attached site plan. We
do not anticipate any adverse effects on neighboring properties by the
installation of the proposed septic system.

of the well and septic applies only to the conditions as of the day tested. The flow and absorption rates may change due to subsurface
conditions that may not be observed from the surface, changes inland use, local soil characteristics, groundwater levels that may fluctuate
during the year and the water usage of the family being served by the system. The operational life of all well and septic systems are
subject to these various and dynamic characteristics and are outside the control of the
