To Whom it may concern:
This letter is a request for a new on-site septic permit, the area is services by a community well. The test
hole was completed in May by myself an again in July 2014 by Garness to monitor the water table. The
soils are consistent in both test holes. The perc was faster than 1 minutes therefore we will be installing a
bed system with an application rate of 0.7 GPD/SF and a 24 inch layer of MOA filter sand. The lot has a
slope greater than 25 percent on the west side which will require a waiver. Two cross sections have been
shown on the plans for the primary and secondary fields.
This new system will not impact any of our neighboring wells or septic designs due mostly to vacant land
surrotmding the site, see the site layout. No open water exists within 100 feet of the proposed design.
