Subject: New Sewer Permit - T15N R1W SEC 8 LOT 144
The owner has requested we proceed forward to obbain a well and septic permit
on the subject lot. The general slope of this lot is from north to south at a grade of
approximately 0-2% over the septic area.
We have designed the 4-bedroom system utilizing the testholes that were
performed on February 9, 2015, which results are attached. Groundwater was
recently noted at 7.5' for TH15-2. We propose to install 58' pressurized
absorption bed.
Adjacent properties are served by private water as noted on the design. There is
no surface water within 100' of the proposed system and there are no known
curtain drains within 50'. We do not expect there to be any adverse effect on
adjacent lots by the development of this system. If you have any questions,
