No test holes have been completed due to the cold weather, but the neighboring system just to the east, lot 10 had excellent soils with no water. This design is based an application rate of 0.8 and the neighbors is 1.2 which is very conservative. We are proposing to excavate a test hole and perc prior to construction to verify the soils and the 7-day water monitoring. This lot had an old house which was removed, but the well could not be found therefore a new well will be drilled and the old septic system will be decommissioned as shown on the site plan. If the old well is found it will be decommissioned also. The slope at the leach field area is flat and has been field verified. This new septic and well design will not impact any of the surrounding properties. Sincerely Michael N.
