We propose to install two deep trenches and 1500-gallon deep-burial HDPE STEP tank to serve the existing 3-bedroom residence. It appears the undocumented septic field is as shown on the attached design and will be verified at construction. The design is based on the recent test hole conducted on October 8, 2024. No groundwater was observed at test hole excavation or monitoring. The slopes are moderate at 3 -7% at the proposed upgrade location. The lot and area are served by private water.
