One test hole was excavated on the property. The drainfield will be designed around the 30 foot radius of this test hole. Comments regarding the design are summarized as follows: 1. SOILS: See the attached log which shows the soil classifications, groundwater monitoring, and the percolation test results. This soil log is on file at the MOA. 2. DRAINFIELD DESIGN: See attached design drawing for drainfield specifications. 3. SURFACE WATERS: There are no surface water concerns. 4. TOPOGRAPHY AND SLOPE WAIVER: The site plan and design drawings show the topography information. During the recent subdivision process, the topography for the property was addressed and a slope waiver was granted based upon a generic design. We have completed a design in line with this generic design and have included the cross section. We are unaware systems.
