On Friday August 9th, 2019 an adequacy test was performed. It should be noted that between the pre-soak and adequacy test, the house was vacant & there was no drop in the liquid level (a 42.5 -hour period). After the introduction of nine -hundred and twelve gallons (912) on 8/9/2019 the liquid level rose approximately seventeen (17) inches for a total rise of 29 inches (32 inches below the lateral). After a 170 -minute recovery period, the liquid level dropped two (2) inches. If this data had been extrapolated over a 24-hour period, the drainfiled would have "passed" an adequacy test for a 4 bedroom home; however, Garness Engineering Group (GEG) was not "comfortable" with the results and opted to retest the system. With the permission of the MOA onsite department, an additional presoak was not be required, and the system was tested on Monday (8/12/2019). The data from that test is on the COSA application. It should be noted that the drainfield was about 70% full (8' of effective per MOA records) at the highest point during the final adequacy test.
