This letter is to confirm our conversations with you office regarding
on site well and septic on the attached 4 acre plat.
We are proposing to replat into three 1 1/4 acre lots. It is our
understanding that with the current R6 zoning, private well and
septic would be allowable on each of the proposed lots based on the
Wastewater Disposal Regulations your office gave to us.
