To Whom it may concern:
This is a request for a septic permit on the above referenced lot. A single test hole was excavated and found
silty gravel (GM) for the full 16 foot depth with no water during the excavation or after the 7-day
monitoring period. The perc rate was 8 minutes per inch. A deep trench has been designed which is located
between the old trench and the property line, see the site plan. A new 1250 gallon plastic tank has also been
shown on the plan to replace the old steel unit. The slope of the lot is about 5-6 percent running from east to
west. This new septic system will not impact any of the neighbors or encroach on any wells, septic or open
water issues.
