At this time sanitary sewer is not available to the subject property, however,
Halo Lateral Improvement District #70 is scheduled for construction commencing
the week of July 22, 1974. By and through the construction and completion of
this Lateral Improvement District, the subject lot will have sanitary sewer
available to it within 120 days from commencment date.
If I can assist you in any other way on this matter, please give me a call

Subject: Lot 3 Morrison Subdivision
Approval for your individual sewer and water facilities
cannot be granted until the following items have been
completed:
(1
The water analysis report needs to be delivered to
this office from Chem Lab, 5633 B Street, for
our review.
(2
The well casing extended twelve(12) inches above
ground level.
(3
The well pit should be enclosed in a cement vault
so that ground water intrusion cannot enter the well
pit; the floor of the well pit should be poured with
four(4) inch cement.
(4) The property will need to be connected to the public
sewer, which is available to the property.
Please notify this department for a reinspection when the
noted descrepancies have been corrected. If there are any
further questions, Please call this department at 264-4720.
