I have completed my review of the information and can not understand why the proposed upgrades/modifications to the wastewater disposal system have not been completed. Under the State Wastewater Disposal Regulations, modifications to a conventional wastewater disposal system serving a single family home or duplex does not require written approval of engineering plans from this Department. As a result, your submittal was filed until the "Documentation of Construction" form was submitted by the certified installer or Professional Engineer. Turning to the existing Class C public water system, my review reveals that a properly completed Class C public water system registration application, nitrate test result below the limit of I O mg/L , and a satisfactory total coliform bacteria test result have been submitted. A signed cony of the first page of the Class i.. public wLer system registration application. constituting operation inpi'oval. is enclosed.. The Public Water System Identification (PWSID) Number assigned to this public water system is 215302. This number should be placed on lab services forms to ensure that you are properly credited with water test results. This approval does not imply the granting of any additional authorizations. nor obligate any local, state, or federal regulatory body to grant required authorizations.
