We propose to install two shallow pressurized trenches and 1250-gallon STEP tank to serve the existing 2-bedroom residence. The design is based on the recent test hole conducted on August 9, 2021. No groundwater was observed at test hole excavation, but was monitored at 11’. Per this groundwater monitoring, the existing field will be decommissioned and 6’ vertical separation has been maintained with this proposed design. The slopes are flat at the proposed upgrade location and moderate elsewhere 50’+ away. The lot and area are served by public and community water.
