Dear Les:
Last month I performed a soils log on this lot- (L4, B10,
Rabbit Creek heights) for Mr. Schacht. He will be building a
one bedroom house on the lot-. Because the lot is so steep it
would be best to hold the system size to a minimum. Would it
be possible to build a two bedroom system instead of a three?
Sincere
