Based on the engineering drawings presented to us on October
25, 1978 we have no objection to the well on Lot 16 serving
duplexes on Lots 14, 15 and 16.

Block 4 Pleasant Valley Subdivision
Mr. Fick is interested in building an apmrtm~nt complex
and drilling a Class C public well. The facility will
be sez~,ed by a public sewer line already in place.
This department would be satisfied with a dedicated
forty(40) feQt radius to protect the proposed well from
service line infr~ngement per Municipal codes. The public
sewer line is in place ~d a dedicated radi~s to the public
sewer would be redundant.
}ir. Fick would like clarification from DEC regardz g their
requirement on dedicated easements to the public sewer line
and service lines. ~e has a copy of your regulations.
Yhis department will not approve the well unless DEC
