A test hole was excavated to 18 feet revealing sandy gravel in the top 3 to 4 feet then silty gravel for the remaining depth. The perc rate was 12 minutes per inch with no water observed during excavation or after the 7 day waiting period. A simple deep trench has been designed for the replacement field to match the old system. The current 3 bedroom system is located in the 30 foot Right -of -Way but the new system will be constructed outside of this easement. The owner has requested a 4 bedroom which is an upgrade and the secondary system can be installed parallel to the easement. The owner is requesting that the old system also be upgraded to a 4 bedroom system by extending it 15 feet but its in the easement, please advise. The lot slopes gently to the west at about 3 to 4 percent with no cut banks or slopes greater than 25 percent within 200 feet of the site. The contours on the site plan are two foot typical. This letter of non -objection is issued with stipulations, and by using it the petitioner is agreeing to the following Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) will be held harmless, now and forever, for any damages or injury to any person as a result of the encroachments. 2. All applicable codes and regulations will be observed and maintained within the easement. 3.
