The well productivity is adequate for the residence: however, it encrouched on the public sewer. The following measurements were obtained: 1) Well to private sewer line to residence was 16 feet. 2) Well to the public sewer line was 47 feet. 3) Well to closest manhole cover was 74 feet. The house was built in 1970 with a private well and sewer system. The residence was hooked up to public sewer 1976. There is no well log in the original well; however, the well was extended 88 feet in 1983. It shows a layer of dry silt 71 to 85 feet with wet soil beginning at 85 feet. A water sample taken 3/20/85 was satisfactory. The lot slopes to the east to Tondi Drive. The west side of the lot also slopes away from the well with about 5 feet of fill observed at the extreme west edge of lot. We request that a waiver be granted in order that the existing well may remain in used until public water becomes available.
