This is a request for a variance from Section 2180o 240
of the Land Subdivision Regulations.
This variance is for:
the length of a cul-de-sac street (North River Drive) exceeding 6~ feet
length.
A. Theexistingsituationis: North River Drive was platted on Southfork North Subdivision
plat to extend to the south boundary of this subdivision and terminate with
a ter,~,~ry ~u~-[~-a-round. ?he land to the north o~ this subdivision allowed
s,be~ra~t?~i~ti~q~Me. Throuqh access was not provided for. _
four lots of this subdivision to ~ s~ru~ nfl of a cul-de-sac located on --
the end of North River Drive. Due to topography there is no feasible way
to reconnect North River Drive with Hiland Road through this subdivision.
Before a variance may be granted, the applicant must prove that each of the following four conditions have been fulfilled. Answer
each of the conditions in detail, using additional sheets if necessary.
The undersigned alleges that:
1. That there are such special circumstances or conditions affecting said property that the strict application of the provisions of this
ordinance would clearly be impractical, unreasonable, or undesirable to the general public. These special circumstances or
