Subject: Lot 8 Block 3 Eagle River Heights North Subdivision
The sewer system serving the subject property failed to meet
the adequacy test.
In order to upgrade, the existing system will need twenty-two
(22) feet of trench with six (6) feet of gravel to be adjoined
to the existing seepage pit. The drain tench should start
at the top of the existing seepage pit and then backfill with
six (6) feet of gravel.
A permit must be obtained before the upgrade begins.
