Dear Hr. ~artinez:
A sewer system adequacy test was performed on your three bedroom
residence located at 527 Meadow Creek Drive, Lot 4, Block 5, Eagle
River Heights North Subdivision.
The septic tank was pumped on 27 September 1978 and in accordance
with Municipality records, has a liquid capacity of 1,000 gallons~
The system consis~in~ of a seepage pit was charged with 1,00,) gallons
of water. Percolation over a 26 hour period as recorded on 28 September
1978 resulted in the total re.oval of 1,657 g~llone or in excess of
552 gallons per bedroom.

system (septic tank and seepage pit) is adequate.
