The mitigation factors involved which support the issuance of the waiver are as follows: The garage is constructed with a concrete slab at ground level. Thc elevation of the concrete slab is higher than the grade elevation at the location of the septic tamk. This would prevent any effluent that would surface at the septic tank from running back towards the garage. The attached garage is located between the septic tank and the house. The closest point to the house foundation is more than 20 feet away frmn the septic tank.
