The lot is served by a Public serve a 3 BR trailer on a 21,800 sq ft ~ter System. (Dawn Development) The soils on the lot perc at a rate faster than I min/inch. A sieve , analysis was run on the soils showing them to be in thebanS_ classification. The analysis shows the soil to nearly m~ct the requirements-~neering Bulletin 94-3. They vary at the 10~ sieve with 9% passing versus 4%.
