Pleaee be advised that the pert test conducted by this
department on the subject property's seepage area failed.
Eo meet the required absorption rate. Therefore, the
~xisting sewer system must be upgraded before approval
of your request can be granted.
To design a system that would be adequate, a soils test
must be performed in the area of the proposed new seepage
area; and the addition of a 500 gallon septic tank is
required.
Specifications of the construction wall be available upon
the issuance of a permit which is required by ~is depart~aent
prior to cunstruction.
This department, however, will grant a temporary approval if
funds are escrowed to upgrade the existing system by the end
of the 1977 construction season.
A coPY of the escrow agreement must be forward to this office
to validate the temporary approval.
