Dear Mr. Wien:
In review o? your March 3, 1988 memo in request for extension of
special construction work on the subject project, we hereby grant
temporary approval for operation of the existing water and
wastewater systems conditioned to the following:

Preliminary design plans must be submitted to this office
for special construction by April 30, 1988.
Final design plans must be submitted to our office by no
later than 2 weeks arter preliminary plan approval.
All construction and as-builts must be completed and
submitted to our office by June 30, 1988. Exception may be
allowed for problems beyond reasonable control or depart-
ment extensions for plan review.
Monthly bacteriological water sampling for total coliform
will be required during this temporary approval period.
