We propose to install one shallow trench and 2 1000-gallon deep burial HDPE tanks with baffles removed and an effluent pump in the second tank to serve the proposed 5-bedroom residence. The design is based on the recent test hole conducted in May 2025 by Mike N Anderson, PE. Groundwater was observed at test hole excavation at 10’ at also at 9’ at monitoring. The area has shallow groundwater and levels must be verified at construction. Any biomat of the existing field must be removed and insitu soil or MOA sand installed within 8’ of the proposed field. The slopes are moderate at 0-5% at the proposed upgrade location. The lot and area are served by private water as shown. The design will not impact any of the neighboring properties.
