Foster Home
Dear Fred:
I have made arrangements with Mr. Cromwell to have the
property restaked by Friday, May 7, 1976. I would like to
request that you proceed with the sewer survey of the Crom-
well Park property as we discussed previously. I will need the
following information in writing by May 11, 1976. If you
will contact me, I will have one of our staff persons come
to your office to pick up the information.
The information should include information which we dis-
cussed regarding the determination that the existing water
system is considered a semi-public well, the ability of a
buyer to place a sewer system on the property which would be
acceptable to health standards for purposes of a small child
care facility, and the results of the water test.
This information will be used to assist prospective buyers
in answering questions which they will have regarding the
septic system and obtaining financing for this property.
The auction is to occur on Friday, May 14, 1976, which
necessitates this timely resolution to the above questions.
I appreciate your assistance and your helpfulness in resolv-
ing this issue.
