The plat was approved subject to:
(1) Placing a note on the plat: no septic
systems to be installed within 100 feet
from the stream thread,
(2) Dedicating the small triangular section on
the southwest corner as right-of-way,
(3) Entering into a subdivision agreement to
construct Snowline Drive', interior
standards; Alatna Circle, interior
standards; Klatt Road, peripheral access-
standards; Prescott Street, interior stan-
dards, driveway to be 20 feet in width and
constructed; Alatna Avenue to placed on
the right of way to the west of this pro-
perty and other improvements to Alatna to
be resolved with Public Works,
(4) Resolving soils with DHEP;
(5) Extending Alatna cul-de-sac with a tern-.
porary access easement to the southeast
corner to be automatically vacated when
the property to the south has legal
access,
(6) Placing a note on the plat, 20 foot common
driveway easement for Lots 3 and 4 is pri-
vate and is to be maintained by the pro-
perty owners,
(7) Resolve drainage with Public Works.

As you, suggested, I have carefuIly reviewed Lots I6 and 19
of Clearview Subdivision.
Based on soil tests conducted in the ~inter of i979, the
topographic map, and a careful field review, there should
be' no, problem' with a septic tank system on Lot 16o
The same. is true of Lot 19. There appears to be 11,500
square feet of usable area in this lot with a relatively
flat slope which meets your standards.
