Clawson Subdivision /n£ormafion to satisfy the requirements specified by AMC 21.15 anli AMC 15.65 must be submitted for each lot of this proposed subdivision. This information must include, but may not necessarily be limited to: 1. Soils testing, percolation testing and ground water monitoring to confirm the suitability for development using on-site wastewater disposal systems. S-10227: Chugiak Industrial Park Subdivision Information to satisfy the requirements specified by AMC 21.15 and AMC 15.65 must be submitted for each lot oftlfis proposed subdivision. This information must include, but may not necessarily be limited to: 1. The north half of the property has an existing well/septic on it. The septic system was upgrade in 1996 and has two drainfields and an alternator valve. Test holes were excavated on the south half of the lot and the percolation rates varied fi:om 9 to 19 minutes per inch. No groundwater was encountered in either hole. Per MOA subdivision guidelines we have identified a septic reserve area of 14,000 square feet on the south lot. The topography is gently sloping, fi:om west to east, at approximately 5-10%. Attached is a site plan which shows the reserve area and the nearby wells. The lot has no surface waters, or low lying swampy areas.
