Answers to questions raised on "Pink Sheet"
This is a 5 bedroom septic system.
The total depth of trench from original grade was not shown in the correct box, but in "depth to pipe bottom from
original grade." During construction an additional foot of fill was placed over the trenches. During landscaping a
garden was located on top of one of the trenches, ( trench 2 ), by placing approximately 2 feet of topsoil over the trench.
An unfortunate terminology was used to explain the present of several standpipes, and their function in directing
wastewater to either or both trenches. Correct terminology would be access pipes. These pipes are connected to
straight tees, and by inserting a 4-inch pipeplug in the tees, flow can be directed to one or the other of the trenchers.
Presently none of these access pipes are plugged.
I hope this will clarify your concern with this installation.

Gentlemen;
I apologize for the lateness of this Inspection Report. The well and septic systems were installed
prior to the construction of the house and driveway access. My intent was to submit the As Built
with the required references to the building and the lotlines after the completion of construction and
surveyed as built. However the file was displaced, and not until Mr. Fuchs inquired about the
Municipal Approval did I realize that this project was not finalized.
I had no intent of not submitting this inspection report as required by AMC Chapter 15.65. It was
an oversight on my part that caused the delay.
