on Lot 2. Co,defy Subdivision was tnsr~tcted by this department in 1973.
Both the above systems are approved by this department. A retnspectton ~s made
on this date and ~e still find the systems are approved. Roth buildings ~t~l be
served by one sem~-pubItc well. The proposed duplex is served by a 12~0 gallon
septic tank and seepage pit. The soil conditions in this area are gravel and
the se~er systems can be expected to function satisfactorily.
