to the subject lot d~ring the 1977 cons~z-lctio'n season.
Thissdepartment will aPProve the bank request on the
property if funds are escrowed tg~incur any pumping
cost that m~y be involved and &1so escrow m~ney 'for
the connection to the public sewer.
If the sewer will not be available, then Mr. Kennedy's
letter dated June 9, 1977 to the Alaska National Bank
of the North would be in effect.

As we discussed on the phone, the Anchorage Sewer Utility will
provide sanitary sewer to Lot 7, Creekside Subdivision, during
the 1977 construction season.

Please be advised thet the existing sewer disposal system
serving the subject lot is a cesspool and is not a Municipal
approved system and must be upgraded.
Recommend that a percolation ~t be conducted on t.he existing
cesspool to determineiits ade~aacy for a three (3) bedroom
residence. If this test proves favorable, the installing
of a 1,000 gallon septic tank between the foundation and
the existLng seepage area will be required before approval
can be ~rante~ by this department.
