The owner is pumping on a regular basis to contain the effluent. We are submitting this permit application for the construction of a new septic tank to serve the home. The attached site plan identifies the location of the home and the existing well and septic system along with the proposed location of the new tank. No conflicts exist between this proposed tank location and any other well or septic system on this lot or adjacent lots. The new tank will be placed outside the 100’ setback from the creek shown on the north side of the lot. The tank will be the infiltrator tank supplied by Ferguson Company. It will be buried to a depth of 6’ with the addition of Styrofoam blocks to limit the load atop the tank. The tank will be 100’ from the well on this and adjacent lots.
