This Grant of Easement is intended to be appurtenant to Grantee's above-described land and touches, concerns and runs with said lands. This is not intended to be' an exclusive easement: the Grantor herein expressly reserves unto himself equal rights of ingress and egress and all other rights as the owner in fee simple of the described premises. If public water and sewer become, available or the subject encroaching septic system is identified as in failure and cannot obtain a Municipal of Anchorage Certificate of On -Site Systems Approval, this easement becomes null and void and Grantee will abandon the encroaching system and connect to the public utilities or install a legal system on Grantee's property, FIRE LAKE #2 BLOCK 1. Western 907-440-4601 July 9, 2019 Municipalities of Anchorage On-Site Water & Wastewater Program 4700 Elmore Road Anchorage, AK 99507 RE: SEPTIC SYSTEM UPGRADE PERMIT LEGAL: FIRE LAKE #2 BLOCK 1, LOT 6 The septic field has failed and we request a septic permit to upgrade the crib on the above referenced lot. Due to location of system and other lot restraints we propose to install the new field on the adjacent lot, which is owned by the same owners. A test hole was performed to verify ground water levels and soils. Given these site conditions it is proposed that a deep trench be installed and connected to the existing concrete tank. The lot and area is served by private water systems and the design will not impact any of the neighboring properties. Please contact Brent M. Western or me if you have any questions.
