Originally a tank permit was approved, but upon installation it was discover that the field was full. A single test hole was excavated and found silty gravels (GM) for the entire depth with water at 12 feet after the 7 day monitoring period. The perc rate was 12 minutes per inch. The original 1000 gallon tank will remain and a new STEP tank has been added to lift the effluent away from the water table. The lot slopes to the south at about 3-4 percent.
