This department will grant a conditional approval on the sewer system serving the tri-plex j.f monies are escrowed for an upgrade of the sewer system and for interim pumping that will be necessary. The upgrade will include, the following: 80 :feet of trench with six(6) feet of gravel backfill and no deeper than hen(10) feet. Also, a 1,500 gallon two-compartment septic tank will need to be installed. The upgrade requirements will be nullified if the existing tri-plex is removed prior to July 1, 1983. The well has not been re-inspected and cannot be approved at this time. This department will grant a conditional approval on the sewer system serving the tri-plex if monies are escrowed for an upgrade of the sewer system and for interim pumping that will be necessary. The upgrade will include the following: 80 feet of trench with six(6) feet of gravel backfill and no deeper than ten(10) feet. Also, a 1,500 gallon two-compartment septic tank will need to be installed. The upgrade requirements will be nullified if the existing tri-plex is removed prior to July 1, 1983. The well has not been re-inspected and cannot be approved at this time. The trailer currently on the property must also be removed by July 15, 1982.
