Item #2; We also request a preliminary review of the general aspects of the project in relationship to code require- ments to ascertain if there are any major elements which may apparently not meet the code. Item #3; We further request a Borough inspection of our existing facility with a check-list of items required to bring this facility up to~ meet code requirements predicated upon the scope of our expansion program. Itera #4: We wish to inform your office that our on-site test holes to a depth of 18 feet reveal almost continuous gravel in the area. We are contemplating our individual on site sewer system as we~.have previously discussed with your o~fice. This system is clear of our own and all other water supply by 100 feet for private use and 200 feel for our own public use. Final engineering on this system is now being performed in accordance with applicable laws and codes and will be forwarded to your office in the near future.
