That permit has since expired and we are requesting a renewal and reissuance of the permit. The well was placed in 2009 at the permitted location and the log is on file with the City. Water sampling will be completed once the water system is in operation. The original design appears to meet the requirements of the recently adopted MOA Code governing septic systems. No changes have occurred to the surrounding lots since the permit was last issued and all separation distance requirements are still met. The new septic tank will be constructed in accordance with Municipal Code at 10' from the building foundation. The septic system will be a minimum of 100' from all wells and surface water. Storm water drainage will not impact this septic system. Please refer to the existing septic design in the municipal file.
